If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and proof of purchase.

After receiving your request and returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is due to our mistake.
